Crystal Spell

Step one: submerge yourself in a body of water on a night when the wind is very still.

Step two: lift your hands out of the water and say the following. “ Luminary friend, I seek thee.”

Step three: emerge triumphantly and behold your distinguished guest… notice you are conveniently, completely dry.

PS. It is advised that you take steps to provide a picnic for your new friend.

Giant Portal

This is what lies on the other side of that portal. It opened to me but not to anyone else. And so upon my return, I captured its likeness with my paints upon a large canvas. Do you want to know what it's like to pass from this world to another and back again? It's like moving through a vast black landscape with dark water rippling beneath you. It is flying above a cold sea with no stars above you.

Presence III

Scientists flocked to the otherwise uneventful stretch of land. There was a sudden frenzy in the press and for a while, the people oscillated between complex feelings of fear and hope. Eventually, people grew to love you, they tossed trinkets and the ashes of loved ones into your void. They were calmed by you even though all you gave them was your presence.

Never doubt that there is a magic grotto somewhere, somehow. And that a water goddess resides there making spells to restore balance and pushing that energy from her dimension into yours. In the most mundane part of your day please remember this.

Snake Lake

The snakes seemed to indicate that I should follow them. I picked one up so she could hiss directly into my ear and she said "The world you knew is dissolving behind you. Be drawn into the lake and let it dissolve any remnants of that old, familiar place.". Teeming with magic, the trees rustled gently and the rainbows offered an electric hum as they undulated in the deep green shadows.
